This software (DartX Download Manager) is provided by Sultan Technologies, Inc.

2.1 Privacy: DartX Download Manager does not collect any user data, logs, or personal information. Sultan Technologies, Inc. is committed to user privacy.
3. Warranty Disclaimer:
3.1 No Warranty: DartX Download Manager is provided "as-is" without any warranty. Sultan Technologies, Inc. disclaims all warranties, expressed or implied.
4. Limitation of Liability:
